Where is Pineland Shed Company located?
Our headquarters is located at 204 Whitehorse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. Open 1 to 5 Tuesday, 1 to 5 Friday, and 11 to 3 Sunday. We are in the process of establishing a location in between Bayville and Waretown, NJ to better serve the Ocean County & surrounding areas. We deliver and move sheds in Ocean County weekly.
Can I customize my shed?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of colors and options. Select general placement of windows & doors and siding, roof, & trim colors. Maximize your storage space with
shelves or a loft.
What is the current wait time?
As of March 2021, there is an approximate 3-4 month wait for newly built Amish structures.
What is LP TechShield Radiant Barrier?

How do I prepare my property for a shed?
Installing a gravel or stone pad is a good, affordable choice as the foundation for your shed. With a gravel pad, your structure lasts longer and requires less
maintenance. Gravel pads are especially recommended for sheds with wooden floors. It is recommended that your shed's foundation be 12" wider than your shed; a 10
x 14 shed would have an 11 x 15 pad. With a gravel pad for your shed, gazebo, or similar structure, you can rest easy knowing it is built atop a solid foundation that
allows for any water to drain away.
How much is needed for a down payment?
Half of your shed balance is due to process your order. The other half is paid when your shed arrives at our lot. Balances need to be paid in full to be loaded for delivery.
Do you offer build on-site instead of delivery?
Yes. If your property does not have delivery space, you can have your shed or garage built on site. Please contact us for an estimate.
Do you take care of township permits?
At this time, we do not handle the processing of permits. Please check with your township for requirements. Many townships have permit applications available online. Permits are the responsibility of the homeowner.
What is SmartPay Rentals?
SmartPay is an available financing option if you're looking for 90 days, the same as cash to purchase your shed. There is no credit check, typically 2 months' down payment, and low monthly payments. The 90 days starts with your delivery date. If you are paying off your shed within the 90 days, you need to contact SmartPay directly for the exact payoff including sales tax and confirm the date needed by.
After 90 days, SmartPay rental fees/interest apply. See www.SmartPayRentals.com for further information.
Are there other financing options available through Pineland Shed Company?
At this time, we do not offer additional financing resources. You can check with your local bank regarding additional options for personal and home equity loans.
